Why wait for hours in line for the ferry? Choose one of the faster routes to the island and rent one of our cars! Need a vehicle to go off-island? We provide car rental services in Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor on San Juan Island and on Orcas Island at the ferry landing and at the airport. The vehicles we use are reliable older cars so we can keep our rates as low as renting a bike or a moped, elsewhere.
We offer daily, weekly and monthly car rental rates!
If you need a car for just a few hours, it's $10 off the listed daily rate for up to 4 hours. (Sorry, no reservations for 4 hours.)
Also: The Sunset Tour, Between 4pm to 5:30pm Rent any available rental car or van for $49.95 and stay out as late as you want then use the key drop.
(Sorry - no reservations for 4 hour rentals and Sunset tour - first come, first serve.)
Tips for reservations and rentals:
Please call or push reserve now button to make a reservation. We can not do it through email.
- Rent for a week and get the 7th day free.
- It is possible to pickup and drop off a car, while we are closed. Please call to set up while we are open, then use the key drop.
- Rates are based on a 24 hour period. Be sure of your pickup and drop off times before you make a reservation. The clock starts at the time of your reservation, not a later time if you are running late, as the next reservation will be waiting.
- Need a few extra hours? No problem. Just let us know in advance and we will schedule the time for you. Additional fees will apply.
- Vehicle rentals are reserved with a credit card. Be sure and have it ready when making your reservation.
- Sometimes we allow a vehicle to picked up or dropped off elsewhere. Charges will apply depending on location. IE: FH Airport $20. ea way.
- Cancellation Policy: $50. fee to cancel for any reason, for cancellations inside of 48 hours prior to pickup we charge the 1st day. (12-15 Pass.van, 7 day prior cancellation)
- Sorry, there are no rental refunds, if you return the early. Unless we get 48 hours notice prior to your return. So we have time to queue the next customer.
- The vehicles we use are reliable older cars so we can keep our rates as low as renting bikes or a moped elsewhere..

*Folding Bike Info...These bikes will fit easily in the back of a SUV or Van. In the Sedans we put them in the back seat, so if you have more than 2 people a Suv would work best. They come with helmets and 1 lock for every 2 bikes. The prices Quoted above are with a car rental. A $10.00 a day surcharge each, with out vehicle rental. Use at your own risk. Bikes only available at the FH Location. |
